I migrated the legacy Webflow app to Next.js. The cost saving was the case I made to get the work approved; the more durable win was that changes became code review instead of a support ticket.

I started as an intern and ended up running the web team. The pattern was consistent: everyone could build, and everyone lost hours between finishing and deploying.
I built a CI/CD pipeline on GitHub Actions that automated tests, builds, and deploys to staging and production. Once it was in place the team's output went up without anyone working differently.
